INDEPENDENT STUDY
Fall/Spring, credits variable
A planned learning experience accomplished independent of formal classroom and/or laboratory sessions through written contract between a student and a member of the colleges faculty. Credits earned may be applied as electives or may be taken in lieu of required subjects under special circumstances.
Credits: Variable, not to exceed a total of 12 hours toward the degree or certificate.
