Academic Recovery Contract

To be eligible to return to SUNY Canton for the
Fall 2024 semester, I agree to:

• Meet the requirements of the Academic Recovery Program (see Academic Recovery Program Details)
  1. Complete my class schedule, making any adjustments for classes I may need to repeat. For assistance, see contact info on Academic Recovery Program Details sheet.
  2. Complete my college bill by the billing deadline.
  3. Attend one Mandatory Meeting which explains the Academic Recovery Program in Miller Campus Room 212-214, Tuesday, August 27, 2024 (offered virtually via Brightspace for online students only).
  4. Meet with my Academic Recovery Mentor WEEKLY (assigned at start of semester) to create a well-developed success plan.
  5. Attend/participate in all classes.
  6. Return my Advising Checklist by Friday, September 13, 2024.
  7. Attend the Smart Steps Workshops (offered virtually for online students only).
  8. Complete Learning Common Hours each week, either on campus or online.
  9. Read my SUNY Canton e-mail every day.
