About the event
SUNY Canton EMS is a New York State-certified, student-run emergency medical service that responds to real 911 calls right here on campus. When someone on campus needs help, we’re the ones who answer the call, working side by side with University Police to provide lifesaving care.
Our members come from all majors and backgrounds, but we’re united by one thing: the drive to step up when it matters most. Whether you’re interested in healthcare, public safety, or just want to challenge yourself and help your community, this is your chance to gain real experience and make an impact.
No prior training? No problem. We’ll provide everything you need—free of charge—to get you certified and confident in the field.
