Winterterm Registration & Course Info
Registration Opens: November 7 @ 8:00 am EST
Registration Closes: December 22 @ 3:00 pm EST
Start Date: December 21 - 8 am EST
End Date: January 17 - Midnight
Note: Maximum 7 credit hours
Course changes made after 3:00 PM on December 22 will be assessed a $20 course change fee. If payment is not made at time of change, the $20 fee will be added to the student bill. Note that this charge, if not paid, will prevent the release of transcripts.
Key Dates
- Wednesday, December 21 at 3:00 PM - Last day for Payment or Winter Financial Aid
- Thursday, December 22 at 11:59 PM EST - Last day to drop with no liability
- Tuesday, December 27 at 11:59 PM EST - Last day to withdraw with partial (50%) liability
- Wednesday, December 28 - Full liability begins - NO REFUNDS
- Friday, January 13 at 4:00 PM - Last Day to Withdraw from a winter course
Notification to withdraw must be submitted through UcanWeb to completely withdraw from an individual course. There will be a $20 course change fee added for all withdrawals/ additions to classes after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22. Questions or problems need to be submitted to registrar@canton.edu prior to the withdrawal deadlines.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Notification to withdraw must be submitted through UCanWeb. The withdrawal date will be the date that the withdrawal is requested. If there are any issues with processing your withdrawal, you should email all pertinent information (Name, ID number, courses withdrawing from) to the Registrar’s office, registrar@canton.edu, and your withdrawal will be processed on the date that the email is sent. Send notification to registrar@canton.edu. Notifications are based on date sent indicated on the e-mail.
