Certificate Programs
A comprehensive list of current certificate programs may be found on the SUNY Canton website. Students completing an organized program of courses, approved by SUNY and registered by the State Education Department, are awarded certificate diplomas. These programs develop skills in a particular discipline or occupational specialty, or they lead to completion of General Education Development (GED). Certificate programs have minimum credit hours and GPA requirements specific to each program. Certificate programs may require some course work in mathematics, humanities, and science.
