Allocations

Allocations arrived at in consultation with division and department heads are established at the beginning of each fiscal year and subdivided as follows:

  1. Personal Service – Regular (Budget Office Managed)
  2. Temporary Service (Budget Office Managed)
  3. Allocated Supplies and Expenses (Department Account Manager or VP) • Supplies
    • Travel
    • Contractual Services
    • Equipment
  4. Allocated Recharges (Department Account Manager – Cannot move money up to “C”)
    • Storehouse
    • Telephone
    • Mail/Postage
    • Duplicating
    • Automotive
