NYS TAP Application Issues

Higher Education Service Corporation (HESC) has confirmed that continuing students are currently unable to complete their TAP application as they rely on the FAFSA data for student verification.

Continuing students should refrain from attempting to submit a TAP application until your are notified that your FAFSA has been processed (mid-March) by the Department of Education.
