Fully Online Students
As a fully online student, you can be exempt from vaccination requirements if you meet all the following criteria:
- You have no in person classes.
- You are not living on campus.
- You do not have an on campus job.
- You do not play on a sports team.
- You are not using any in person services (Library, Athletic Facility, Office Hours, etc.).
- You are not attending any on campus events (Student Activities, Academic, Athletic, etc.).
If you meet all of the above requirements, you can complete the Fully Online Student Waiver below. Your schedule will be reviewed and if you have any in person classes your waiver could be denied.
