Description of Duties
The State University of New York (SUNY) College at Canton seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Lecturer position teaching in the Practical Nursing program in the Department of Nursing beginning August 2024.
Duties include teaching in the skills lab and clinical areas for the PN nursing program.
Responsibilities
Must meet physical requirements for clinical instruction. Requires travel to clinical sites and a valid NYS driver’s license.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Valid unencumbered NYS RN license required.
Prior to a final offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to submit to a background check including, but not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, and criminal background check.
