Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Director of Student Accessibility Services, this position will perform the following duties:

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office; manage phone inquiries and email correspondence with professionalism.

Office Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Data & Records: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, process forms, and utilize SUNY-specific software (Banner and Accommodate).

Student Support: Provide front-line guidance to students regarding department procedures and campus resources. Must be comfortable working with students with disabilities. Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.
