Planning for Arrival

Be sure you have completed your New Student requirements

Billing requirements PRIOR to Arrival

Please be sure you have done one of the following:

  1. Paid your bill in full for the semester.
  2. Confirmed a payment plan AND made the first payment in full.
  3. If your Visa status is still undecided or you have other circumstances prohibiting you from completing the billing requirements above, you will need to contact Alicia Flynn (flynna@canton.edu and billing@canton.edu) to request a deferment form.

Failure to do this by the deadline provided by the One Hop Shop (see your SUNY Canton email account) leaves your schedule at risk.

OSAP and OTHER Funding Sources

If you are getting aid from home governments or financial organizations but it will not be received and paid to SUNY Canton by the deadline, you need to reach out to billing@canton.edu to request a deferment.

*All deferment requests require time for review. Please contact Student Accounts (billing@canton.edu) well in advance of the deadlines.)

Eligibility is determined by 2 months after your last Johnson & Johnson dose, 5 months after your last Pfizer dose, or 6 months after your last Moderna dose. If you received another type of vaccine, please email the health center and they will assist you on what date you are eligible for your booster (healthcenter@canton.edu).
