About the Liberty Partnership Program

The Liberty Partnership Program (LPP) is a collaboration of higher education institutions across New York State to support at risk middle and high school students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Through meaningful programs, students engage more fully in their education and are more likely to graduate from high school and continue on to higher education or stable employment. LPP connects schools and community partners to offer research-based interventions, including tutorial services, mentoring, socio-emotional counseling, career and college exploration activities, and enrichment, as well as support for students and their families.
