Academic Integrity Policy
The instructor may impose a penalty upon a student evidencing prohibited academic behavior. In those instances where cheating, plagiarism, and/or alteration of academic documents are proven, a student may be subject to a grade of âFâ for the specific assignment and/or course. Similarly, a student may be dismissed from a course with a grade of âFâ as a consequence of intentional disruption, obstruction, or comparable class misconduct. These consequences should be included in the class syllabus. Repeated violations of this policy may result in suspension from the College.
