Appointment of Professional Staff
Refer to Article XI of the Policies of the SUNY Board of Trustees, to the current UUP Agreement, and to the College’s policy on Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Compliance Program.
Recommendation for appointment of professional staff will be the responsibility of the respective, functional vice president, in consultation with the appropriate members of the campus community, consistent with any applicable contractual agreements or policies, and in full compliance with the College’s equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies and procedures guidelines. Appointment is made by the College President, except as provided by the Trustees’ Policies.
