SUNY Board of Trustees - Rules for the Maintenance of Public Order
The rules for the Maintenance of Public Order provide overall rules which are clarified and defined in the College’s Code of Student Conduct and workplace/visitor rules. These rules are implemented in compliance with section 6430 of the Education Law and comprise Part 535 of Title 8 of NYCRR. Copies of this portion of the Official Compilation are available for review at the Southworth Library Learning Commons circulation desk and at the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students.
