Move-In Information

When is move-in?

New students move in Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Returning students move in Sunday, January 18 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Are there assigned time slots?

No, students can move in whenever it is most convenient for them during the scheduled timeframe.

Where do I go?

Students should report directly to their assigned building. Staff will be available to check you in and make sure you can get into your room.

Where do I park?

You can drive to the front of your assigned building and park to unload belongings. We do ask that you move the car once all of your belongings have been unloaded to give the next person access.

Why do I have a roommate when I requested a single room?

We offered single rooms to all students as space allowed. We have had to double some rooms in order to accommodate all of our residential students.

Construction Updates

  • The Roselle Academic Plaza will be CLOSED to begin the semester. Walkways are open from Southworth Library and Cook Hall to the Campus Center.
  • The new roadway and main entrance to the Roos House is open.
  • Walkways will be clearly labeled with directional signage to assist the campus community in navigating around the construction.
  • Parking Lot 1 (the Smith Hall lot, which is the first lot on your right when you turn onto Miller Drive) is open this year for residential students only because half of the lot is closed for construction materials and space is significantly limited for parking for the residence halls.
  • Commuter students can park in these parking lots:
    • Lot 10B - Nevaldine East
    • Lot 6 - Across from French Hall
    • Lot 7 - The upper lot above French Hall lot
    • Lot 4 - Front lot at Roos House (first lot on your right)
    • Lot 13 - Miller Campus Center lot
Thank you for your patience as we work to upgrade our facilities!
