In this Microcredential, students will explore building controls and through hands-on applications demonstrate proficiency with installation and maintenance of equipment. First, students will learn about building automation systems with an emphasis on HVAC. Then they will examine AC and DC circuits, interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot equipment, explore motors, and learn proper installation methods of equipment.
