Medical Coding
Answer the code and enroll in the Medical Coding microcredential where you will gain the necessary skills to obtain employment in various healthcare settings and be prepared to take the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certification exam. First, you’ll learn the language of medical terminology and the tools a coder uses to report impatient and outpatient diagnoses and procedure services to health plans.
