Learning Commons Program Request Form
The mission of the Learning Commons is to provide the College community with access to resources, technology, and services that promote teaching and learning. The Learning Commons is a resource-rich hub for innovation, collaboration, and engagement.
Please use the following form to request the use of space(s) within the Learning Commons. Your request will be reviewed by the Learning Commons Events Committee and approved on a first come, first serve basis.
Programs that involve other spaces or services in the building will be reviewed by the Learning Commons Building Leaders Group (Library, Tutoring, College Association, Information Services, Student Accessibility Services, and Facilities).
After your request has been reviewed, you will be notified with further information.
Please note that relocation may be necessary within the building to prioritize the needs of the Learning Commons. We reserve the right to relocate according to the needs of our department as building spaces are prioritized for the Learning Commons' departments and students. We will try to accommodate your first choice of location, but we may not always be able to. Someone will reach out immediately if a conflict arises to work out a solution.
