Learning Commons Program Request Form

Please use the following form to request the use of spaces within the Learning Commons. After your request has been received, you will be notified with further information.

Please note that relocation may be necessary within the building in order to prioritize the needs of the Learning Commons. We reserve the right to relocate according to the needs of our department as building spaces are prioritized for the Learning Commons' departments and students. We will try to accommodate your first choice of location, but we may not always be able to. Someone will reach out immediately if a conflict arises to work out a solution. Due to limited spaces available, not all applications may be accepted.
