Foundations in Mind-Body Wellness

The Foundations in Mind-Body Wellness minor is dedicated to the integration of theory and practice of mind-body wellness and health. The minor serves to encourage students to think critically about health, wellness, and recreation as a lifelong pursuit, and to develop personal wellness philosophies and habits.

Requirements: 18 credits minimum, 9 credits must be Upper Level

Additional Requirements:

At least one, 1 credit Wellness (WELL) course (up to maximum of 3 credits). Must take WELL 380 Foundations in Mind-Body Health and Wellness) OR WELL 382 The Limitless Mind: Lessons on Dedication, Resilience and Mental Fortitude (3 credits). Students may take both WELL 380 and WELL 382 for academic credit.
