Academic Affairs Engagement Fund Form

The Academic Affairs Engagement Fund is a Provost-sponsored program that supports full-time faculty (traditional and online), as well as academic staff engaging in curriculum-related activities. Full-time faculty and staff within the Academic Affairs Division may request up to $100 per academic year. Requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the event, and a justification is required.

If you are planning to order food from the College Association, a quote from them is required as well. All invoices, receipts and the Student Sign-In Sheet are required for reimbursement and must be submitted to the Provost's Office immediately following the event. Funding is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.

Submissions will be reviewed and must be approved by the Provost’s Office prior to the event.
