Information Technology Mission
The Information Technology (IT) program at SUNY Canton is committed to preparing students for success in the ever-evolving field of information technology. In alignment with the missions of SUNY Canton and the Canino School of Engineering Technology, the program emphasizes equipping students with the technical expertise and professional skills needed to meet the changing demands of the industry and excel in diverse IT careers.
The program advances this mission through the following key areas:
- Delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality applied education that emphasizes skills-based learning and diverse instructional formats, supporting academic excellence and student success.
