Steps for Award Nominations

  1. Choose a colleague to nominate.
  2. Go to Award Information & Policies to view the award nomination options and supplemental information.
  3. Select which award you will be nominating them for.
  4. View the Recipients of Honors and Awards (on webpage) list to be sure they have not already received that award.
  5. Go to appropriate section on the Awards webpage for award chosen.  Follow instructions on the nomination form for that award.
  6. Submit your nomination – information for submission is located on each form, including the deadline.
